POLICIES & RULES
At Kayinkedit, our policies are designed to create a smooth, professional, and elevated experience for every client. They outline everything from booking and deposits to rescheduling, studio expectations, and payment details, ensuring clarity and respect on both sides. These guidelines help maintain a focused, comfortable environment while protecting the time, artistry, and overall quality behind every piece.
DEPOSITS
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward your final session total. Appointments are confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for any changes. One reschedule is permitted per deposit when proper notice is given. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a fee
Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need pay a $50 late fee or be rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited out of respect for scheduled time.
Studio Environment
Due to limiting space and lounging area in the studio, no additional guests are permitted unless approved in advance. Children are not allowed in the studio.
Payments
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Pricing reflects the level of detail, placement, and time required for your piece. Accepted payment methods: CashApp, ApplePay, Zelle, Venmo, PayPay, & Cash.
Design Process
Each design is custom-created to align with your vision and my artistic style. Minor adjustments can be made at your appointment. Significant design changes may require rescheduling and an additional deposit.
Health & Safety
For your safety and the quality of your tattoo, please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell or under the influence. Proper aftercare is essential and will be provided following your session.
Portfolio & Content
Completed work may be photographed or recorded for portfolio and branding purposes. If you prefer privacy, please communicate this in advance.
Respect & Standards
Kayinkedit is built on professionalism, respect, and intention. Any behavior that disrupts the environment or disrespects the process may result in refusal of service.
